Mr. Rick was absolutely awesome. He called when he was on the way which I appreciated. When he arrived, I walked him around to show him what needed to be done and he got to work. He took time to explain to me everything he was doing and even showed me how to program my electronic door lock. He was very professional, kind and had a great spirit. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really great experience. Mark was on time, knowledgeable, professional and happy to answer all my questions about our repair for a door in our home. He was able to diagnose my issue, repair it and trouble shoot without any mess or damage. Dispatcher was also super nice and worked me in on the same day. Definitely worth the 5 stars. The people that work here are pleasant all the time! This is the only place I will ever ever ever have keys made. They work and lock and unlock everytime. Lowe's, Home Depot has always been a hit or miss for me. I've gone back to Lowe's 3 times to have keys re-cut. I dropped everything and went to Harbison. Keys worked 1st time cut and every key I've taken there since 2018 has worked 1st time. Great place. Nice people!
