Placed an order for the cornbread cooker in NOVEMBER 2020 and I have still not received it. Call constantly and always get a different excuse. They were sure quick to take my money. Never again and I hope anyone reading this and the other reviews will not order from them!! If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s so ridiculous
I ordered a large blue speckled flour bowl in OCTOBER 2020 and i still have not received it. I’ve called many times and have emailed. They no longer respond to my emails. My last email asked for a refund and i have not received a response to the email or a refund.
I placed an online order in July and still have not received my order. I’ve called numerous times, now calling weekly. I continue to get the same answers...”it’s shipping tomorrow”, or “ it’s coming out of the kiln tomorrow and I will get it shipped out”! I’ve emailed ans requested my money back with no reply. My next move will be to call the local Chamber of Commerce andnBBB to file a complaint. I completely understand running behind in production, but if that’s the case, stop taking orders of any kind until production is caught up. Also, be transparent with customers that have paid you in good faith to receive a product.nI’ve never had this problem with McCarty Pottery in Mississippi.
Ordered a flour bowl weeks ago and still haven't received it. I've called, emailed, fb messaged but no response. Never received an email confirmation but they sure took my money immediately. Definitely blaming myself for not doing more research on this company before purchasing from them. Never again!
I placed an order for the flour bowl on October 2, 2020! My credit card was charged on October 3,2020! I have phoned numerous times! I get the same answer it’s ready to be shipped, it never comes!nI too, wish I had read reviews!nReally the people seem nice, I believe they are overwhelmed with orders! I just wish they had not offered orders online if they couldn’t fill them or just be upfront and honest and say we don’t have your product ready and it probably won’t be ready until after Christmas!nI hope they get their business in order!
