After 21 months and going through a rough time I was finally able to get connected with Jessica Sizemore which is under Jay Holloway. Jessica went beyond to try to get me through my case and I truly believe if it wasn't for her my case would still not be settled. She was after 2 or 3 different case workers able to resolve my case and came through for me. I really appreciate all of the help and guidance she gave me during this time and I sincerely hope and pray that you give her the recognition she deserves. The case manager & attorney are very nice and helpful in the aftermath of my accident. They led me through the process of filing a suit.

So far dealing with the company has been great. I liked the person that I spoke to this past week. Each session was a few hours at a time two days in a roll. She dealt with me not being about to remember things and, she dealt with me getting off subject a few times. She was very professional. I couldn't do her job.... I'd have people telling me all kinds of stories and, I'd never get the job done. She was also very kind and, showed a lot of patience.

I called over 2 weeks ago about my situation. Nobody called me back. I called back after waiting several days for a call. When I called, I was told my case was not taken by this law firm but would be referred. 1 month in the whole ordeal and I'm still waiting on the referred firm to call me. The commercials are not right on target.
