By far, this is the best yoga studio I’ve been to, both in and outside of the Birmingham area. The staff and instructors have a tremendous heart for making yoga accessible to all, the classes offered are diverse, and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. If you want a place to practice that will be free of judgment, make you feel genuinely welcome, and offer a variety of classes that will leave you feeling more connected with yourself and centered, give this place a visit.

LOVE Birmingham Yoga! Every time I am in Birmingham I make it a point to drop in at my favorite home-away-from-home yoga studio. Knowledgeable teachers, spacious room with natural light, many available options for your yoga practice and more, make it my go to yoganstop! I highly recommend Birmingham yoga! See you all this weekend!
