My favorite workout ever! After an hour at True40 I always leave feeling stronger, encouraged, and refreshed! Every workout is consistently challenging and works to strengthen the entire body, yet offers a variety of postures to keep the hour engaging and fun! Every workout can be catered to specific needs and age groups- offering you a great workout at your own level. This community of people has taught me to honor and celebrate my body because of all it allows me to do each day- not because of a number on a scale. I am forever grateful for this place and how it has impacted my life!

Best fitness studio EVER. The owner and entire staff are incredible! They make everyone feel welcomed and loved. The workout is great, with options to modify or increase the intensity. Could not recommend it more!

Kaitlyn and her team over at True40 are top notch! The workouts are a challenge for every fitness level as they do a great job making modifications (and challenges) based on what your body can tolerate. If you want something difficult but low impact that you can do week in and week out, this is the place for you!

THE place to go in Birmingham! My glutes have never been more sore. The staff is always super nice and takes care of its customers. If I could give it more stars I would!

True40 is a fitness studio that lets me come as I am and celebrates me doing what what I need to care for my body each class. It is warm, welcoming and a killer workout!
