I was so nervous about trying on dresses, but the girls at Refined made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. They were patient and encouraging and helped me feel so good about the dresses and the process. I never thought I would be able to have a good experience shopping for a wedding dress, and this wasn't just good, it was amazing. I highly recommend Refined if you're a plus size bride nervous about shopping!

Jazelyn, thank you so much for my amazing appointment. You and Christina made the day so incredible. I had been nervous about wedding dress shopping for months because I was scared that none of the sample sizes would fit or that the ones that did wouldn’t be in the style I was looking for. Clothes shopping is already very stressful so you can imagine how WEDDING DRESS shopping felt. You all made me so comfortable and relaxed, and really helped me feel beautiful. I can’t thank you enough and I’m so glad there’s such a place with a caring team that’s catered toward women like me.
I wish I could do half of a star. The communication has been very poor and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
