Food was good atmasfer was great and the people were very nice
Nice and quiet place to relax. Not a fan of vegetables but their Mediterranean veggie sandwich is amazing and my go to here. They have been greatly improving their dessert game. Always a variety. I also like the fact they feed the homeless community.
Went for a wedding reception so probably not the best impression to use for review. That said, the space is very very neat and the staff that was there working was fantastic. Certainly unique, if you've never been go check them out.
1. The coffee is great. I got the medium roast. In a neighborhood of great coffee, this cup stands out as, in a good way, mild-tasting (but not weak.)nnHowevernn2. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese to-go and was given the most miserly amount of cream cheese I have ever seen rationed for an entire bagel. Even one pre-packaged Philadelphia with peel away top would have been more. This wasn’t enough to paint one of the two toasted surfaces with a knife scraped film, much less coat both surfaces with a standard breakfast-restaurant-bagel cream cheese layer. So there’s that ud83dude44
The Abbey is a very cozy and welcoming place to grab your morning coffee and a scone or breakfast sandwich. The staff are efficient and friendly. And don't forget Sunday afternoon worship service!
