Ive been hung up on over 30 times, transferred just as much..you closed my account for my security over what? And now you wont tell me where to get my direct deposit that went into this closed account? And then I was told you will be taking your $16 dollars from my direct deposit and then some time next week maybe I could have it back. What is going on? Why did you close my account? Why didn't you tell me? Why does the branch manager Domonique make your customers feel small and alone? Isnt she called a relationship manager.. This is not acceptable, are you going to help me or should all these thousands of people on your page know how you treat long time customers with an issue?

If you want excellent, or even average customer service, go to another bank! Credit card phone service has me on hold for 20 minutes. Second call to fix a problem. Don't know why I am even trying to get help. Staff has ZERO customer relations skills, can only provide rote answers, act like they really don't care about my problem. SERIOUSLY, this is NOT the bank to use if you want someone to help!

Good luck getting your money back... they will delay, then delay, and while they're super nice about it, they'll delay getting your money back to you. After you've spent minutes (which turn into hours) with them on the phone, they'll maybe send out a check (I HOPE). As of today, it's been almost two full weeks and I they still have my money (for a large CD). My opinion... go elsewhere!

I have been a customer of this bank for 27 years. I've never had any issues with them until now. They froze my account and debt card for no reason what so ever and didn't even bother to notify me. When I called to speak to someone in customer service they indicated that my account has been frozen and under investigation due to a wire transfer. The transfer in question is from me selling my house. They requested that I send the contract of sale and acquisition statement to the investigator but that it would take anywhere from 48 hours to 10 business days to release my account. This is absurd!!!!! You can't tell me that no other customers of this bank have ever sold their home and directly had the equity deposited into their account? If the bank had a problem with the transfer, why didn't someone contact me directly to inquire about it or indicate that there may be an issue? Why couldn't they have placed a hold on the wire transfer only? What's the purpose for freezing my entire account? I can't access MY money at all and it's a long holiday weekend. I can't make any purchases. No bills can be paid. No deposits can be made (my own payroll direct deposit has been held from being deposited). Once the freeze is lifted from my account I will be removing all my money and opening an account somewhere else. It's obvious they care nothing about their customers of their needs. Stay as far away from this bank as possible!!!!!! You may be their next victim!

This bank robs its customers. During the covid-19 crisis. I was unable to call the bank to get them to stop my account from over drafting. my account racked up fees. I disable the card to stop the bleeding and transactions still went through charging me additional fees. The transactions were debit card transfers to different accounts. Each fee was $32.00. And they charge me extended overdraft fees. Even though I had been trying for 2 weeks to contact them. Finally I was able to get through and they only took off 4 of the fees off. During this time my account racked up over $600 in fees and I had no way of stopping it cause their lines were so busy and they won’t take the fees off. I also fax their fulfillment department and they never responded. Do not bank with these robbers. Plus they charge you to hold your money. It’s called a “maintenance fee” they already make money by loan out the money you deposit and want to charge it’s customer a “Maintenance Fee”. Do not bank with this fraudulent bank.
