Had a great time at Top Golf. Excellent service from Faith and Allison. Great people to have on staff there. Our children were visiting at the end of their spring break from college and the staff made sure we enjoyed our time together. Thank you ladies, I hope Top Golf recognizes their great staff!!!
Country club prices, Burger King service.
It was a lot of fun. My girlfriend surprised me with a trip today, and it was a blast! Super informal, a lot of fun for novices like us to just hit some balls around, and the food was better than expected. All in all, a fun excursion when you're looking for something to do, and we will definitely be back!
We came for my Birthday and it was a lot of fun. Although we had a reservation at 7:15 and never received a text. I went to the guest services to report that I hadn't received a text and she said to wait until a bay was open and they would send a text. We waited about 40 minutes and then went to check again, she said she sent a text and it must of been the wrong number. I gave her my number again and she sent me a test text. We were then in a bay within 15 minutes. I just wish there was a way to test the text upon making the reservation. Other than that the food was good and we had great service once we got into our bay.
FYI.... reservations don’t mean that you get a bay at that time! You just get a bay when they are open. Just left Top Golf Birmingham and it is poorly run to say the least. Great fun when it is not busy at all. If it gets busy, avoid it! Can’t manage crowds.
