I tried calling service for 2 weeks and when I finally got angry and asked to speak to a manager the manager wouldn't answer. Service finally answered and was extremely rude. I would advise anyone that wants to be treated with respect to shop elsewhere.
I called for literally 3 days in a row in attempt to schedule a service appointment for a Jeep Wrangler. Each time I was transferred to the Chrysler Service voicemail, and all that I could do was leave a message that was never returned. The closest that I got was being transferred to the Ford manager, who politely told me that he couldn't help, and transferred me to the black hole that was the Chrysler service line. I had to find somebody else in town to help out.
My experience here was great! Thanks to Colton. I highly recommend them working with him if looking for a new vehicle. He is understanding and work with you through almost any situation! He’s amazing.
This was the first car I bought, on my own. Stuart was very patient & understanding. I’d definitely come back a second time!
