My truck broke down near by and had it towed to their service shop, had to leave it there for 4 days until I was back from my trip. Mechanic told me the head gasket was blown and pressure test came back bad, along a few other things. I was skeptical and towed it back to my house and broke apart and sure enough, everything they said was accurate. Though I did the repairs myself the sales rep Ben was nice and understanding and mechanics didn't lie.
Scheduled an oil change a week in advance and was told it would be $50-60. Upon completion the bill was $120. After being told that the person who scheduled (Jordan) didn’t realize our car held so much oil, the person checking us out says “that’s what we get for driving a hot rod”. The same oil change cost $80 at Gary Force in Bowling Green so I’m not sure where the disconnect was but we won’t be back!
Went in for a quote for a repair they neglected to tell me that for the quote they would be charging
