The two guys worked hard, very courteous and completed it in one day. They were very thorough.
Well they were scheduled to install a new unit on Tuesday at 7 never showed didn't write or call nothing they said oh well it rained we can't I understand that however it did not rain wed,thurs,fri,sat, and they still didn't come .Well Saturday night the old unit quit working again texted him and he said well I was busy with a big electrical job the reat of the week and I won't come out today mind you the house by 11:00 was already hitting 87 degrees I have a wife and 3 kids one of which is 2 and shouldn't be in the heat and also it's my daughters birthday but I can't make her cake due to the fact it will make the house hotter so now she's upset and telling me it's ok maybe next weekend daddy these people are a joke with no values

It were hard to get them to put 2 vent in a 22/20 room. And when they did this my room still hot on the other side
The lady in the office was awesome. I purchased a dishwasher and she tried every way possible to help me fit it in my car. We didn't succeed but it was terrific that she tried so hard. She helped load it the following day when I came back with a different vehicle. Got a terrific price on the dishwasher too.
