The staff here has been extremely good to me....n.... One of the plus factors about this business that every storage facility DOES NOT have IS Their gate code entry..... I like the fact that my belongings are behind a gate code!!! Not to mention all the cameras..... I feel extremely secure about my personal belongings be in here..... and would suggest this facility to anyone that’s looking to store their belongings..... this is why they get five stars !n... and as far as I’m concerned the rates are good and priced fairly !!

First time I’ve ever used a storage facility so was apprehensive but there was no need to be. Staff was courteous and helpful, the facility was very clean and even with all the rain the unit was completely dry. Would definitely use them again.

I been with Jacksonville Secure Storage since the day they opened, and I still feel secure! I feel safe every time I go to my store! Very clean! The owner and staff here are very nice. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will definitely continue to recommend people to jacksonville secure storage!!
