HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Internal theft!!! After today, I will NEVER go back to this storage unit. Today I pulled in and was surrounded by customers asking me if my unit was broken to as well. The manager did not bother to call ANYONE NOT EVEN THE COPS TO REPORT THAT 32 UNITS were broken into last night. We all are missing items from units. We all called the manager and she refused to answer any questions or pick up. The units were broken into last night. And the manager finally showed her face around 5 pm the next day, would not talk to any customers and refused to claim any responsibility what so ever. This is poor management!

Do not use this storage unit!!!!!! If I could write this 0 I would 32 units got broken to today and she's not willing to help anyone what she is doing is going around and putting her own locks on everybody else is personal stuff instead of contacting all the owners Sounds like internal theft would not recommend
