IHOP

Sooooooo good. Had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. However it was well worth it. Very kind and patient staff who dealt with a virtual onslaught of hungry people. Our table was clean. Silverware was clean. Our waitress was a pro! Super good at her job. Just a super pleasant and enjoyable experience in a crowded and patience young atmosphere.

Great music, the plates presentation was beautiful, food was delicious (we had the strawberry and creme crepes, 2 egg breakfast with bacon, country potatoes, sourdough toast, and added avocado), Johnna, our server, made fresh decaf, and the manager, Chad, was so pleasant! Beautiful experience that deserves to be noted. Will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

This 1 star is super generous. Went in there with my boyfriend on two occasions. The first we waited for about 20 minutes and there weren’t a lot of people in there but it was late we assumed the staff was tired but nobody even made eye contact or said we’d be waiting a while. So we left. The next time we have them the benefit of the doubt and went back and watched a lady get seated right when she walked in but we had to wait another 20 minutes again for nobody to even speak to us or look at us. We left once again and will never be returning. Wishing we could shut this place down. The customer service is horrible! Learn how to communicate. Will be telling everyone in the Jacksonville area to avoid going.

Ihop this time was HORRIBLE. I ordered online for a curbside pickup. The wait was long when the restaurant was empty and they gave me my order completely wrong. I couldn't go back because I live 30 minutes away. Very but VERY disappointed because I spent $40.00 and everything was wrong. I do not recommend at all the curbside pickup.nnI just found a HAIR in my food... disgusting!!!!nnPlease don't go!

Good food as usual and small enough portions. We couldn't take leftovers so that worked. Friendly server. Close to our hotel. Would go there again.
