Worst customer service ever. I've been in a couple times because they do sometimes have good sales, but I've yet to have good experience with customer service. Theres never a "hello", "how can I help", or anything. The clothes are also hit or miss, theres some great things but the rest are defintly on the smaller side or see through side.

I love this little store. The clothes are so cute and are fairly priced. I like being left alone while I am shopping, so I appreciate that the staff has more of a background role. But anytime I ask if something looks good or not, the staff has been super friendly and helpful. They don't do cash returns but will do exchanges. They were upfront with me when I asked.

Bought a dress for $45 intending to wear it for my sister's wedding. Good thing I tried it on before have because the zipper is not functional, totally broke the first time I tried it. Note: the dress on the floor had split teeth down the zipper so I asked if they had another, turned out it was a poor product, not just a damaged sample. Super upset that I paid so much just to have to pay for a new zipper to be out in!

I am not one to EVER write bad reviews however, after the experience I had today I felt I needed to. I went in to buy clothes. I Picked a good amount of clothing and took them into the dressing room. I made sure to try to hang everything up because I worked in retail for a few years and I know how much it sucks to clean a messy dressing room. I left ONE shirt on the floor. I then walked to the store next door and when I came out of Downeast ( the store next door) I was followed by the owner of the store Cozy (who is a man) who then started yelling at me. I didn't understand what he was saying but I didn't need to understand him to know he was angry. I managed to get in my car to avoid him and drove off. He continued to yell at me while I was driving off. I then realized that I had left my card inside Cozy. I was terrified to go back in because of this man so I had someone walk in with me. When I went inside the man began yelling at me. From what I could understand, he said that I left clothes in the dressing room and a shirt on the floor. He said that I was disrespectful because I didn't buy anything and went to the store next door. He said that I was disgusting and that I was warned. I couldn't understand him but again I did't need to understand him to know that he was angry. Everybody in the store was staring because he was yelling so loud making everyone uncomfortable.The other owner of the store stood there and did nothing. I am 17 years old girl its terrifying when I grown man follows you and yells at you. Even IF i would've left a mess in the dressing room it is highly unprofessional and inappropriate to follow a 17 year old girl and yell at her. I was terrified it was such a horrible experience and I will never return to this place EVER!!! I've always had a horrible experience here however because the clothes were cheap I sucked it up and went anyway but this time they crossed the line.
