First of all let me say the customer service was outstanding! They cooked my chicken fresh for me and everyone was super nice.nThe reason for the 4 stars was because I just didn't like the fact that after we placed our order which was on the inside about 5 minutes later about 8 people came in and the cashier saidnOh the front counter is closed and I thought wow well maybe they should lock the door then. And then about 3 minutes later about 6 more people came in and the cashier replied the same answer and I took that as that could of been me and I done waisted my time to get out my car and u tell me to get back in my car and go to the drive through. I just thought that could of been handled better.
The biggest disappointment of a restaurant I have ever experienced. Our party of 4 went here. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to take our order. NOT A SOUL ACKNOWLEDGED WE WERE IN THE RESTAURANT! This was unbelievable to us. There was chicken in the warmers but the entire time we were in the restaurant we saw one order go out and she was military. I was thankful she got to eat. We finally walked out. Is this due to the pandemic? I'm sure it is but just acknowledge us and we would understand and patiently wait.
Nice location, great service and the food was very good.
Manager stayed on top of orders. We ordered 32 pieces by phone for DAL and got what we asked. Very clean. Very good.
They are slowly but surely getting better with greeting and being courteous to customers now.
