I decided to stop here for a 10 hour break tonight. I have never stayed here before, or at least it’s been too long to remember. Arrived about 9:20 pm and was surprised to see a huge parking lot, especially for a Loves. I parked and went inside to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. While in the restroom, I noticed 1 of the 2 soap dispensers were empty as well as all 3 of the paper towel dispensers were empty. I used the blow dryers instead. When I walked out, I thought I’d just let the employees know so they’d be aware, if they weren’t already, of the restroom issues and be on my way. I spoke with the lady at the register and she directed me to the fuel desk as they were the ones that handle the men’s restroom. I explained to the gentleman what the issues were and before I could get all my words out, an employee by the name Michael interrupted me and said “I know they were just full, we don’t have time to stare at the machine and know exactly when they’re empty”. I explained to him I was just letting him know and he could do with the info whatever he wanted. He was just a real jerk for no reason and I didn’t appreciate it. I’ll probably be back if I’m ever in the area strictly because of the large parking area but y’all’s customer service could really use some work. Hopefully it’ll change

Good stop. The bathroom for the men's was under construction and so they had these trailers that were absolutely filthy. So just heads up for the men! The inside was clean and the womens bathroom was fine, but wow the men's was super gross. Got some good snacks and headed out. They were pretty busy!

I’m a truck driver that has to grab a meal quickly and get back on the road. I stopped in at the Arby’s for a quick 2 for $6 deal and I asked for NO onions ud83euddc5 on my Turkey wrap and the Crispy fish sandwich. I leave the location after getting my dinner and fuel just to have to come back because my fish was COLD and my wrap had onions. This was a big inconvenience being that I had a load to pick up. I turn around bring the food back and ask to have it made over. I requested a fresh cooked fish sandwich and a new wrap without ONIONS and the sauce just to get down the street and have ONIONS on the freaking wrap AGAIN. This location is ridiculous I hope I never have to stop here again

I understand construction like whats going on now. But you still can keep the bathroom trailer clean. Right now it is a mess to be nice about it. When asked the clerk if they would clean I was told we are under staffed right now sorry. Loves please step it up.

As a truck driver, we already have it pretty rough compared to most. This place is atrocious.nnNo acknowledgement from staffnNo conversation with staffnPaid for my things, cashier shoved them over counter and didn’t say a word until she asked “bag or what”nnI’ve gotten better service from a graveyard. Seriously. This is ridiculous. God forbid you work retail and suddenly have the toughest job known to man. Avoid this place.
