Great gym, coaches and people. Excelent training environment for working out, bjj training or even boxing classes. Start sooner than later. I wish I had.
The instructor helped me figure out different ways to set in moves and positions i only got one arm and he is great at what he does and has very high patience if you want to learn how to fight or work out this is the place, would give it 10 stars if possible
Extremely clean training center, with patient and knowledgeable professors. The gym portion has top notch equipment for those serious about lifting.
Best gym in the world man. Best place ever 10/10 would recommend
