Love the clothes I got but the service was so slow!
They are always very helpful there.
Had an experience I'll never forget today. I was in the store christopher and banks at provo, UT town centre mall shopping with my children. My children were being followed around and stared at by a woman who I did not know. I came to find out it was the store manager by the name of Leslie Moore. It is important that I make the point that this was 100% unprovoked. They were not rambunctious, they were not touching anything, just simply talking to eachother. Next thing I know, store security shows up and tells me he had complaints from the store employee and asked me to leave because my children were making her feel uncomfortable. I was dumbfounded, hurt and humiliated. She even told my 4 year old to "shut up." When I confronted her she claimed that my kids were saying things about her in Spanish. Again, completely false. This woman bullied and harassed my 4, 8 and 9 year old children. Again, if they had done something and needed to be corrected that would be one thing but to be followed, harassed and have the mall security called... I have never seen anything like it. I'll be in touch with corporate.
