Antoinette at the Happy Valley Road location is a very nice, polite, young lady. We received excellent customer service. We've been coming to this location for several years and we plan to continue coming. This is a nice location. Clean and friendly. This lady had a smile on her face and greeted us. Antoinette filed our taxes she did a awesome job. She answered all of our questions and was the nicest person we ever had do our taxes and she actually knew what she was doing. She did a excellent job. Be back next year.
Crystal Vaughn prepared my refund this year. She was awesome and knowledgeable. We hit a bump or two along the way but she kept a smile and friendly attitude. I always enjoy working with the staff at this location. After 10+years of using JH and I still highly recommend them, especially this office.
