we loved our agent, and felt she brought up and looked for ways to help us thru the whole process. We will def go back next year. It was great to see her work right in front of us, the whole time.

Was told no fee for the advance on my card and that I would have all the rest of the money to my bank. Also was told no worries I can use my card to pay a bill when I did they charged yet another fee to have that advance that I never used. Called and spoke with the rep I still feel did not do the best on my taxes pretty said too bad so sad. Well too bad I'm getting other people even at my bank said would never use these people because they are a big rip off
