I was really excited to find a great deal online and be able to get it curb side pick up. I got it and checked the bag and the items I got were not the brand I ordered! I went inside to sort it out and the employees we super nice and helpful. Turns out they didn't have what I ordered. The item was listed wrong online and didn't exist in the store. Just be aware of this if you are ordering online from them. Disappointing, was looking forward to a good deal. But props to the employees at the return desk, they did everything they could!!
Customer service sure could of been better. Pick up says to " phone number" I ask my number or one on order cause it was wrong. No answer. So I gave wrong. Never ask for any form of ID.
Walked up to register to pay for additional item. No one was in line. Told to stand about 10 feet away and wait.
Tried to give correct change to pay. I said I had it. Did answer and posited to give me amount with out mine change.
No wonder having problems with business.
So happy that the salon is open. Will miss Lynnann but happy for her retirement. Was well taken care of today. Felt very safe with all the guidelines in place.
We went to buy suits for my husband and son the dressing rooms are closed which is understandable because of covid, there was not a person in the department to help measure or assist for sizing or assist in anything for that matter. We bought two suits that did not ring in the price "the black Friday price" that was on the rack and when we got home they tried them on and they don't fit! So now we have to travel all the way back to the store [over 50 miles round trip] and hopefully guess the right size this time. So frustrating!
Still a great place to purchase anything you need. Prices are midrange but always you can find specials that make you happy.
