Don’t even bother coming to This store. Management has terrible attitude(Shayla) girl always rude and has the worst customer service . Just shop online not worth the bad experience coming to this store .
I went into Champs yesterday, feeling overwhelmed with having to pick a gift for my husband for Valentines day/ Anniversary. At 1st i couldn't see any employees in the store, but shortly after Latisha came up to me and assisted me, she patiently waited as i tried to make my pick due to the fact my husband has a ton of shoes, then once i did she went to the back to get them. She was easy to talk to and relate to. She gave GREAT customer service and truly deserves a raise or a bonus for being AWESOME! I will definitely come back and with her help my husband loved his shoes!
Ordered 4 packs of Nike Dri-fit socks and I only got 1 in the mail still trying to get ahold of the customer service been waiting for a hour how can they mess up a sock order
I called their customer service and I waited literally an hour and a half to speak to someone and they hung up, worst place to buy shoes ever
