They didn't want to deal....apparently they like their trucks more than customers. Sadly, no negotiations...but there is always a better salesman elsewhere!

My husband waited over 4 hours for the mechanic department to program a key bob. Which turned out , they could not do. They did not inform him of this matter. That the key bob he had was programmed to another car. Instead they charged him $257.00 for nothing. Plus wanted him to buy a new key bob plus pay extra for more labor. Extremely disappointed with this dealership.
