Under new management. Great place with great people. Some have been here for years. The place has cleaned up alot. Management is some GREAT.

Good place to stay while getting back on feet. Management is very nice. Nothing out the normal. Papaw always said you get what you pay for and that goes with respect said to the upper half written. No complaints.

I love this place. Management is a delight, wonderful man. Neighbors are fantastic, friendly and very helpful

The park itself is great. There are a couple of renters I'd avoid if staying there. No internet as promised, the cable network is terrible. Suppose to go to satellite but if you get no more channels it will be terrible too. Mail goes to a group mail box, so you may or may not get your mail. On site washers usually don't work. But on a good note, this is the first rv park I've stayed at that nothing has come up missing. So the lack of theft earns them a two star rating.nEdit: the park tells you and charges you for tv and internet. These services DO NOT WORK, nor have they worked for the time ive been here. Dogs are allowed to roam free taking dumps in your area. Some dogs are more agreesive then others here.nProblems with your neighbor? Handle it yourself.nLaundry room? Never works properly.nThe owners are not making any efforts to make any changes that im aware of or can even see.nThe amount of rent you pay depends on who you are. Ive talked to 5 others and we all pay a different amount for the same thing.nIf you expect mail forget it, mail is in SHARED boxes so you better get there first.nThe good:nCan do pretty much anything you want, build a deck at your rv.nIf you like to harass others feel free here.nIf you like to drink and get loud this is the place for you.nOh. The lack of theft I mentioned earlier, I jumped the gun. THERE ARE THIEVES.nI've had tools stolen now and gas.nAnd NO MILITARY DISCOUNT.nNor does park take off rent for services you pay for and do not get.nThe very worst is the fact that the run down motel at front of park houses convicts that are out of jail for sexual crimes.
