Starbucks

Customer service is not ideal, I find myself waiting for 5 to 10 minutes once I'm at the register too put my order in. Or even to simply check out if I only have merchandise. And I rarely get any service with a smile. It's hardly ever clean either.

There needs to be more than one person working at a time. There were only two people in line in front of me and I waited for 40 minutes. I know, stupid me for staying there. Plus, when I got up to the counter I found out they were out of what I wanted. Very disappointing.

The original Starbucks by the mall is 10x better. Their drinks are made much better and are far more friendly.
