The people that are nice just understaffed

I love having McDonald’s at Piedmont. They have some nice healthy choices. I have had pleasant experiences here, but today was a little different; the COFFEE was not the same McD’s wonderful coffee. It was so weak. McDonald’s, I hope you’re not changing the coffee. I know many people that loves your coffee!

Fast friendly service, well prepared food. P.S. the mobile app is awesome

Food is good... and of course customer service isnt gonna be the best... it's a McDonalds and new people come in all the time. All I know is awhile back whoever the manager was had an attitude.. but what can you expect it's a McDonalds..

I ordered two quarter pounder meals with sweet tea,we got unsweetened tea and the meat was pink on the inside and I had to pull up and wait on the burgers and they still weren't done☹ufe0f
