The food is great, the customer service is poor. If you order the same thing to go, you will pay a different price each time.nnEDIT: The customer service has improved greatly! Itemized receipts are now printed as well. Upgraded from a 3 star review to a 5 star review due to these changes.

We just had the best experience here! The staff was so patient and wonderful, the food was delicious, and the portions were so big. They made us feel like family. The desserts were also very good. This is a great little place to enjoy a cozy dinner.

A great value for a meal that his the spot. We are from our of town and hit Rubis at least 80%of the times we are in town. The atmosphere is simple but the food is great.

Had a dinner sized Greek salad with grilled shrimp. It is as delicious! Good service, good prices, great food!
