The ladies deserve a five because they are extremely nice... But as for the drive through lanes... Why have a commercial lane if everyone can use it. And i mean all the lanes will be open but everyone in the commercial lane. I don't want to say how i know they not all commercial with out offending a whole group of people. But is there a way to streamline this a little better?

After being told I had to wait nearly 3 hours to change my PIN and that I had to be there in person, I made an appointment because I finally had enough time to wait. When I got there for my appointment, they made me wait over 30 minutes after my appointment time before being seen, so what was the point of making an appointment? They're closed on the weekend and afternoon which are the only times I'm free for more than 3 hours. I try to switch to Wells Fargo, and I have to go regions to cancel my account. Overall awful experience, and I'm still trying to get rid of them.
