I loved my experience here! They are quick and professional!
Very nice, friendly employees. They are very helpful here. It is a very clean and pleasant atmosphere. If you are driving South it will be very difficult to see it so you have to look for it on the right hand side.
Best banking I have ever had. Never had any problems. Always in and out pretty quick. Great service from all the staff.
The female Banker in the front of the office has to be the worst person for customer service. Absolutely no help at all. All she does is tell you how you are wrong without even listening or trying to help you. I will not deal with her ever again.
I'm from Birmingham and I was up there at JSU doing some work and on my way back to Birmingham I stopped by there to cash my bonus check, they took me to hell and back just to cash my check which was a payroll check with their name on it.They are full of it at that branch, the old white lady and the so called black lady really mess up the rest of my day.
