Great place; even while busy as ever and during the pandemic, Eleanor helped me with all of my issues right off the phone near instantaneously! I’ve never had a problem with this bank after several years and I highly recommend it.

This branch has nothing on the oxford location! Employees are nice but one lady never smiles and just doesn't seem to be happy. I typically will travel to Oxford if I have to make a deposit or interact with people because they just seem so much more happy to be handling my transactions.

It's ok bank to go to and they will work with you.
