My husband was able to get a Covid vaccine on 01/18/21. I have to complement the way they had everything organized that day, he didn’t have to wait long and everyone was very gracious and professional! It took a total of 30 minutes for him to get vaccine and then wait 15 minutes to make sure no reaction. They really did a great job. I hope when he goes back for his shot on February 15 everything will work as smoothly!

Been calling for 24 straight working days. No one will answer. Ive tried every option the prerecorded message offers. Are there any other agencies i can use?

I come to vital records for documents I needed I got here at 8:15 left around 8:30 the woman that assist me she was very helpful to me the people that was ahead of me it was three of us in the lobby she got us all out quickly she was very nice and helpful to us all I can honestly said she met all my needs great service I was out with in 15 minute .

Update 6-4-20 This review is for Mr. Vaughn Fleming. He did our cafe's inspection this morning. Seriously you have made me and my husband's day. He was so super kind my husband said. Thank you for always being nice.nnThe records receptionist is and has always been super nice and pleasant. She has been here for awhile and it is always nice to see her smiling face. Thank you!!!

My daughters have been going there for regular female check-ups for a few years now. We've never had a problem. The staff are friendly. The nurses & doctors are VERY nice & friendly. They made the young women completely at ease for the examinations
