Felt like 'bait and switch'. The professional we were scheduled to see was a 'no show'. We only agreed to stay and see someone else if I could get satisfactory answers to my social security tax questions. I did, but wish we had left instead. There were no signs of sanitizing between client visits to cubicles. The tax preparer had dirty fingernails and coughed a lot. Masks or no masks, shields or no shields, pandemic or no pandemic, all that coughing is unacceptable. There was a worker wearing gloves to protect herself, but she handled everything without changing gloves. It's bad when you come out of an H&R Block office feeling like you need to shower.

Called in advance to explain all my documents and to get a price qoute,after explaining everything I had they quoted me a price of $169.00 then I went to the office with all my paperworkn,sat down with the lady and she tells me it would be $429.00 That is more than double what they quoted me. Definitely will be going elsewhere, I simply cant recommend a place that tells you a price for a service and then changes it when you get there.I highly recommend looking at other places to get your taxes done.

Been doing taxes there for 19 years I do believe this will be the last year ...the price they done them for was cheap almost 500.00.. I payed 150.00 last last may on a amended return haven't heard anything on it I call or go to h&r block to see if I can get the person I've been getting my taxes done for at least 15 years she cuts me shiort and gets a lill l I'll with me so I don't no what to do about thanks Keith Johnson
