Had a New Fire Place installed and about a week later the ignitore stopped working. My Girlfriend had them come over and take a look.. The battery was dead in the remote so she went to the kitchen and got 2 new 2AA batteries and it worked just fine. Less than 15 Mins......GOT A BILL FOR $120.00. And she supplied AND installed the new batteries..RIPPIN' OFF YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR YEARS. !!!!

Very nice company. All the employees are respectful and get the work done right the first time at a cheap cost. I would recommend this company for any HVAC or plumbing needs.
