The service man was very easy to work with. He wire a mask the whole time and fixed the issue in out furance. He even suggested some other great information.
Great people! Always extremely professional and friendly. I am sure that this must be a great place to work. I have had some pretty miserable people do work for us before, but not Groggs. We will always use them. Good people that do fantastic work!
The Groggs representative came to our home to provide an estimate for a new bay window. We were so impressed that we decided immediately to purchase. We can hardly wait to get our new window!
Beware! Tried to take advantage of my 70 yr old mother on 1/5/21. Told her she needed to replace control board and ignition for over $1,000! Plus she needed a new unit and to replace duct work. I personally spoke with the tech and told him to just lightly clean/sand the flame sensor and ignition. This is a common issue that occurs with this unit. I'm out of state so I couldn't help her myself. After they left we had another supplier come in to review. He put in a new ignition switch, after they (Grogg Tech) cut the line and left it when I refused their service to replace the parts) and cleaned the flame sensor. Relatively simple fix. New control board and ignition should have been around $300-350. Disappointing!
We bought our house 3yrs ago. A week after moving in our furnace quit working (in Nov). We called Groggs and they came out right away. It was a simple fix, thank goodness. They've been servicing our heating/cooling system ever since. Always professional. Always prompt. Always friendly.
