I had a great experience with place. The employees are very welcoming and the owner is a great guy. The prices in my opinion are very accurate. They are willing to work with you and treat you like family.
They keep calling my daughter for someone else. Called multiple times to tell them it wasn't the person they are looking for. Also bought from Kendall back in 05. I would never make that mistake again.
Everyone at Sundowner were excellent!! Terrific service and very knowledgeable. Will be buying my next car from here in the future!
From start to finish, Kendall handled my purchase. I was disappointed that on Car Gurus the vehicle said manual transmission, however the actual vehicle was an automatic and had different size tires on it. This caused hyperwear of the tread and lead to a failed inspection. Kendall replaced two tires with new ones (still wrong size) and offered me a free oil change, which was amazing since the vehicle was purchased as a business car and had recorded over 6500 miles in the 1st 30 days. All in all It was a great experience, though I may pay more attention with my next vehicle purchase from Sundowner.
Stay away from this dealer. Sold a vehicle with bad rotors then charged almost $300 to fix and didn't fix anything.nScam artist and crook. Vehicles come from auctions and most are flooded.nAs mentioned above. Sold vehicle that had water damage to break system. Causing breaks to go out. Sold am unsafe vehicle then returned same vehicle still broken to customer. Claiming it was fixed but they never touched it.nStay far far away from this guy. Unless you like being ripped off and take a chance at getting killed driving one of his damaged vehicles.
