The primary reason for my rating was the sales person James Poling. He was wonderful to work with! He took the time to try to explain every detail and answer any questions I had. If he wasn’t 100% sure of the answer he did not just give a generic response. James completed the necessary research and got with me in a timely manner.nnJames worked with my very hectic schedule, was professional, honest with me, very thorough and empathetic when it came to my requests for what I wanted in a vehicle! The only problem was the rim on the front drivers side. Which James explained to me before I picked my car up and it will be fixed free of charge.nnIf you want a great buying experience and a nice car. I highly recommend James Poling at Warner Kia. Already spread the word to my friends and family if they ever wanted to improve their ride.

The Warner team has taken excellent care of my family and business needs for years. You won't find a group that tries any harder than they do to simply do what's right by their customers. I've bought 10 plus vehicles from them and have been thrilled with every one of them. Their service department is too notch too!

I have nothing but good things to say about Warner Kia. Stress free experience, which is very uncommon when buying a vehicle. James Polling was and is absolutely the best. He has checked on us to make sure we are satisfied and has provided answers and solutions. Thank you Warner Kia and thank you James.

I do NOT recommend buying a car at Kia new or used! I bought a used vehicle only a couple years old. They said it was a good car never no problems or anything. Since I got it I've had NUMEROUS problems with it. I have called and complained so many times. From my seat belts, to the door not opening, my tires, and more. I have bought used cars before and never had any issues. Also they like to overcharge too!!! Never again!!!!!
