I tried to call in and ask for my case worker, she answered the phone as the operator and hung up on me. I just don't get how that is helpful whatsoever, on top of that it's just rude.

The people are usually helpful and more patient with people than anyone I've ever seen. Everytime I go in somebody is giving them grief. I feel for them. Give them a 4 star because one lady wasn't so patient or helpful. She was rude and called me stupid thinking I couldn't hear her behind her glass.
