POOR service. We got extra charged. One day charge= $352.. Please be careful of their charges. Also the customer service rep was very rude
For years I have had consistently GREAT service at Hertz CRW, usually requiring a one-way rental to or from Huntington. It's a disappointment now to learn that the ONE evening United flight from Chicago is scheduled to arrive 9 (nine!) minutes after Hertz counter closes. This forces me (and others) to rent elsewhere.

My rental was stolen while it was in my possession, I had insurance but I had to pay the bill after they found the car, it was damaged with smoke I had to pay 3500 dollars. I did not do the damage. Why in the hell did I have to pay all of that? These people are rip off artist Very non proffesinal. Very rude people. I will never deal with these people again, I recommend the public stay away from there.
