Reviews
Every time we come up for review they lose our paperwork and our benefits get shut off. This has happened every 6 months for 7 years. They need to fire everyone in that office and get ppl who know what they are doing. They say you haven't turned in the paperwork. Well I make them make copies, sign and date them. They still want to argue that you didn't do it even when you show them the signed copy they printed for you. Absolute disgrace to the system!!!
The only office in roane county and it's always something with them when it comes to my food stamps. I'm definitely fed up with this office and sick of having to drive over once a month to try to correct their mistakes. How do y'all expect a pregnant female with a one year old to survive on $37 for food when I was getting $400 for food! Pathetic office so sick of it I'm always reporting it to head office and head office always has to fix their mistakes because I guess they don't know what they are doing over there. They took my food stamps when I had no job but gave my food stamps back once I got a job. It's always something with them that I'm constantly dealing with. Wish I could switch my case to Jackson county dhhr,atleast I wouldn't be there every month trying to fix issues that shouldn't be issues in the first place.
