The seller agreed to our offer but his agent, Mike, never sent the paper work because Mike was “out of town”. He must not have gone far seeing as how he was able to show the house, that was already In agreement on an offer between the seller and buyer, to someone else. These buyers placed an offer and miraculously Mike was able to send that paper work to the seller. We are reliable buyers and very disappointed in the behavior and blatant unprofessionalism exhibited by Mike and Old Fences Realty.
