First time using them.nnWith all of the new forms I had this year and stimulus, I figured I better get help. First after making an appointment and 4 trips later they're done. First appointment no one even showed up. I called and rescheduled for next day. The next day I show up for appointment amd again, no one there. I called and made another appointment. Next day someone there. First Lady threw a 1098t form and said I dont need it. Then she said she couldn't complete my return because he system went down I need to come back the next day. A new lady was there. I showed her the form 1098t, thank God. Because it got me 1274 more dollars. She completed it no problem.nnFirst if you're paying 300 dollars for a service. Its not a good sign that I put more effort into it then they do.nnThe lady told me if I want a refund advance I would get an email. Well, never received. So I called the next day. And as of right now been waiting over 3 hours for a call back. They said they need to look into my return and find out why.nnThis place is a joke. I'll be using taxact from now on.

Have use them 3 years straighr no trouble so far if you want a reaally great
