Great experience from the go. Reserved online, received a call the next day saying I could could done the paperwork over the phone or stop by and do it in person. We stopped in and met with Brandy, who was just great. She was super friendly, and made the whole process a breeze! Thank you!
The woman that helped me was extremely nice and helpful she made sure that I understood everything explained the lease to me was just all around a good experience I highly recommend valley storage to anyone needing storage
Went in on Saturday which is big deal they had someone there i could talk to in person and she guided me in the direction i needed they was fast and ready to help anyway came back in following monday and was able to take advantage of the deal they had going that day . I highly recommend this place . The people are great have good attitudes and are glad to help. Its only place i will ever use for storage.

We purchased a home in Martinsburg in early 2020, and Kayla helped us with all we needed to get a storage unit with all the new covid requirements coming into play. Fast forward to today, and we are in a position to finish moving all our items from VA to the unit here in town, and we we're lucky to have Kayla assist us again! the whole process was less than 20 minutes and we we're good to go with a second unit just down the row from our first.nnFor a storage facility you couldn't pick a cleaner, more secure location with excellent pricing and a large variety of storage options.
