My vacation in Berkeley Springs was just ending when my car's starter motor failed. I had the car towed to Herb's that afternoon and at 10 am the next business day the owner was at my hotel to give me a lift to the shop where my car was ready for pick-up with a new starter motor. Herb's far exceeded my expectations. Thumbs up and thank you.
I dealt with Pete when I was in need of an outbuilding since they are a dealer for back yard outfitters. The process was painless and quick.
