Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, great breakfast! Didn't like having the shower and bathroom in the hallway, and not having an ironing board or phone in the room or travel sized toiletries in the bathroom. The great service made up for all that though. And the connecting shop was awesome with great clothing, jewelery, and gift items. The owner rocks!
Curtis is great! Has an awesome testimony! I think we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast was also delicious.
The room is nice, neat, clean and tidy. High ceilings, fan, new gas fireplace for cold nights, at least in ours. They're flexible in serving breakfast (later is better as the owner drives a school bus). Friendly owner. The attached restaurant is closed now. Let's call it semi-permanently, but there are good options within easy walking distance.
Small and cute, serves its purpose. But what made it excellent was the people. Curtis, Michelle & the cutie lady from Haircology are some of the sweetest people I've met. I definitely would come back & recommend this place to everyone! And the location is walking distance to the restaurants, spa & shops.
Curtis was the perfect host and the breakfast was delicious!!! Thanks for the blueberry pancakes Curtis. Room was very clean and everyone was so friendly. We wouldn't stay anywhere else but here when in Berkeley Springs.
