It seems in this day and age the customer service is nonexistent. So refreshing to encounter a branch manager like Denise who is at her post and is willing to help. Very congenial very courteous, thank you very much

Jennifer is awesome! Today Jennifer called me to let me know about a charge on my account and took care of it before I could even get to a bank. It's people like Jennifer that keep customers. She opened my account in 2006 and is still there 8 years later. I was looking to switch banks this morning and now I'm not.
