During the month of February 2021 we were skipped weekly pickup for the month. Yet we’re billed for February. Called Apple Valley Waste-Morgan Sanitation for credit on no service for February. They’re refusing to credit. Having to open a complaint with the Public Service Commission of WV to seek credit on our bill. To pay for services not received with WV tax built in is nothing short of criminal. Inclement weather is cited. Morgan Sanitation could buy some 4wd equipped vehicles to service their rural customers. Our experience is totally unacceptable. If a negative star rating was offered in reviews AVW would get one!
