I'm not happy that the parts for my brakes were not in, or that the nitrogen tank was faulty. These require a second visit to have these completed. However, Don Queen is the best person working for Mitsubishi, and needs to be commended. When I purchase another vehicle, Don will be the reason why.
I was treat with respect and understanding. I was treated like a customer should be treated, I was number 1 in the priorities of things. My wife and I were very well pleased with the attention, curtesy, respect, diligence to get things done and very helpful, and we were given all available information and options. David Noe is a top notch salesman, and Marcie Rollins did a fantastic job on the financial side. I also talked to the Mitsubishi service manager as well , he was very informative and gave me more information than I ask for which was very appreciated.
