Please, if you have ANY way of going anywhere else but this dealership, please do. I promise that you will save thousands and thousands of dollars versus going to this middle of nowhere, hick town dealership in southern West Virginia. They literally tack on an extra $1500 just because of the “location”. I just learned that my grandmother who is 85 just unfortunately bought out her leased RAV4 XLE from this dealership for $17,000 which is so much more than what the actual vehicle is worth. Unfortunately, she will now be stuck with this vehicle until the day that she dies. Take my warning and steer clear of this con artist dealership, and if you want to save several thousand dollars, at least drive a few hours in any direction to go to a different state or a bigger city to buy a new Toyota vehicle. Avoid Thornhill, and learn from our families mistakes.
